DONOR DECLARATION & UNDERTAKING
I hereby confirm that I am making this donation voluntarily,
with full knowledge, understanding and free consent. I expressly
acknowledge and agree that the donation, once received and accepted
by IIIRRC Trust, Hyderabad, shall be strictly non-refundable and
irrevocable.
I hereby authorise the Trust to utilise the donated amount, at its
sole discretion, for its charitable, social, cultural, spiritual
and service-oriented activities, in any manner consistent with
its objectives.
I further irrevocably undertake that I shall not, under any
circumstances, demand, claim or seek any refund, reimbursement
or recovery of the donated amount, subject to applicable law.
